Welcome to Dexas Holdem ("we", "us", "our", "the Service"). By using our website or app, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
You can use the timer without an account. If you create one, you must provide a valid email address and you are responsible for keeping your password secure. You agree not to share your account with anyone else. You must be at least 13 years old (16 in the EU/EEA) to create an account.
If you sign up on behalf of an organization (a poker league, club, or charity), you confirm that you have authority to do so.

The Service has a free tier with limited features and paid subscription tiers (currently Pro at $4.99/month or $39/year, and League at $14.99/month or $129/year). Prices may change with at least 30 days notice for existing subscribers.
Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. You authorize Stripe to charge your payment method on the renewal date. Receipts are sent by email automatically.
Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not store your card details. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
Cancel anytime. Use the "Manage Subscription" button inside the app (it opens the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep Pro access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for partial periods.
Refunds. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first subscription payment. If you're unhappy within 30 days of your first paid charge, email hello@dexasholdem.com and we'll refund the full amount, no questions asked. Refunds beyond 30 days are at our discretion.
New paid subscriptions include a 14-day free trial during which you have full access to all Pro features without being charged. You may cancel at any point during the trial and will not be charged. After the trial ends, your card is charged automatically unless you have cancelled. We will email you 3 days before the trial ends so you can decide.
You retain all rights to the content you create and store in Dexas Holdem (player names, game histories, photos you upload, etc.). You grant us a limited license to store, copy, and display this content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for the content you upload, including ensuring you have rights to any photos. Do not upload content you don't have permission to use.
You can export your data at any time via the app's Export button, or by emailing hello@dexasholdem.com.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may temporarily suspend access for maintenance or upgrades. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, generally with notice.
If we materially reduce a feature you paid for, you may cancel for a pro-rata refund of the unused portion.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.
WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT TIMER ACCURACY IS SUITABLE FOR OFFICIAL TOURNAMENT USE. FOR LICENSED, BROADCAST, OR REGULATED EVENTS, USE EQUIPMENT WITH FORMAL CERTIFICATION.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE, OR $100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dexas Holdem and its operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@dexasholdem.com. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if continued service is no longer viable. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer in the EU, this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer protections under the law of your country of residence.
We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes will be announced by email (if you have an account) and via a banner on the site at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. If you don't accept the updated Terms, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.
